Second Empire Style Van Dyck Mansion in Paris

Van Dyck is a remarkable Mansion built in 1870 in the style of the Second Empire for industrial Emile Mencier by architect Henri Parent and decorated with sculptures by Jules Dalou. The 1st floor apartment offers 400 sq m, 8 rooms with more than 20 windows and a 25 sq m terrace with magnificent views of the Parc Monceau and the courtyard. The entrance is a majestic private staircase of polychrome marbles and reception rooms with a 4.5m high ceiling, and 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.
